What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Be the Go-To Guru – Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver top-tier service like a champ.
✅ One Call Resolution? Nailed It! – Keep things smooth by helping clients with their policies, renewals, and claims—no back-and-forth hassles here!
✅ Retention & Growth – Keep our clients happy and covered while identifying opportunities to enhance their protection.
✅ Cross-Sell Like a Pro – Know your products and recommend additional coverage that fits like a glove.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Experience: 2+ years [Independent Agency] or 5+ years [Captive Agency] in personal lines insurance (auto, home, umbrella).
✔️ License Required: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (yep, gotta be official!).
✔️ People Person: Strong communicator who can turn complex insurance lingo into easy-to-understand solutions.
✔️ Tech-Savvy: Familiar with insurance software (Hawksoft, EZLynx, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite.
✔️ Detail-Oriented & Organized: You love crossing your T’s and dotting your I’s—no missed details here!
