Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and service personal lines insurance products (auto, home, renters, umbrella)

• Convert inbound leads into new policies while maintaining existing client relationships

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

• Maintain accurate client records, billing, applications, and documentation

• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in personal lines insurance sales or service required

• Strong sales acumen with the ability to cross-sell, upsell, and close deals

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication

• Proven ability to manage time and meet performance goals in a dynamic environment

• High level of integrity and professionalism
